EE Help (Multiplexer help)

I have F = (~A & ~B) + (A&B) and I need to turn this into a 4:1 MUX.

I have a truth table and a K-MAP but I'm not sure how to get that into a MUX (please list steps as my notebook with all of my digital design notes and steps has been lost..Thanks very much in advance :-D)

Why flip-flop prefer over latch in digital designing

Unclocked flip flops require fewer transistors and don't have setup/hold issues that clocked circuits have.

Desperately need answer to a digital designing question

i need answer to this question , and need it quick as i have to submit the answer by friday...


Robot Controller
Problem
A computer needs to control a robot, where the computer sends the following commands:
Do nothing 00
Turn right 01
Turn left 10
Move forward 11

You have to design a circuit that accepts these commands and sends the robot the following signals
Do nothing 000
Turn right 001 010 011
Turn left 101 110 111
Move forward 100 100

So they respectively take 1,3,3 and 2 clock cycles. Until the current command is completed, don’t take a look at the next input from the computer.
