What is the best graphics card i can get in my pc...below are stats

dell inspiron 530 desktop
2.66 ghz 4mb L2 cache, 1333mhz FS
IEEE firewire 1394 pci card
3gb (2x1gb/2x512mb) necc dual channel DDR2 667mhz SDRAM memory
500gb sata
256mb pcie nvidia geforce 8600gt
my power supply is besta, coolermax 500W
features of psu:
complies with ATX 12V 2.0 version
Independant voltage circuit: offers unflappable current delievery under heavy load and makes voltage output more stable active power factor correction (PF>0.99) and high efficiency (>80%)
extremly good voltage regulation (+3%): provides steady voltage for system
safety/EMI approvals: CE,CB,TUV,FCC,UL, and CUL certification it has the folowing connectors 3xHDD, 1XFDD, 2xSATA,1x6pin,1x4pin,(20+4)pin,1x8pin hope this is enough detail!:D thanks

Batteries connection

i get the output from 3 phase permanent magnet alternator in about 63 VAC in open voltage circuit. Then when it convert to the DC i get about 85VDC. Do anyone know how to prove it by calculation. And i also want to know how to i connect it to the batteries.

How to build a step up voltage circuit to power a solenoid

would like to step up DC voltage from 12V to about 60V to power a push solenoid. could anybody please provide me with info as to how to go about doing it? circuit diagrams and what's needed would be great thanks!
